| No CommentA Clearwater man is facing charges after police said he called 911 after a bartender refused to serve him anymore.
According to the St. Petersburg Times,
Vincent Smith
Vincent Smith, 54, dialed 911 Tuesday night after a bartender at the Idle Spur Saloon cut him off.
Smith was still on the phone with emergency services when officers showed up, police said. He had also complained that a local soup kitchen wouldn’t serve him.
Smith, who is homeless, was charged with trespassing. He remains in Pinellas County Jail in lieu of $150 bail.
